Hello Nic,

We re-booked our holiday to Excellence Riviera Cancun with you last weekend and I just wanted to say thank you very much for all your help. I was feeling a bit flat about the holiday after having been excited since booking it in April 08 and then all the swine flu stuff happened and (name of tour operator/agency with held for legal reasons) being a bit rubbish I felt really disappointed but you've helped us get it back on track!

We have just got back from Excellence Playa Mujeres and had the most wonderful holiday. The resort is amazing and we really couldn’t find fault with anything. The spa is probably the best that we have ever been to (and we’ve been to a few) the rooms, the food, the staff...everything was really good, so thank you very much for recommending it.

Excellence Playa Mujeres and El Dorado Maroma

The holiday was awesome.

Both hotels were excellent.

El Dorado Maroma was very friendly and small, and a great location of trips. As it was small, I would recommend not longer than 7 days in this hotel, so our trip of 2 hotels was perfect.

Excellence Playa was awesome fun. Lots of activities, and lots of lazing about. Too much tequila. Even had Texas Hold'em by the pool.

I will get send you some pics as soon as we have got them off our camera.

Better late than never, but thank you for organising our holiday to the Dreams Tulum, Mexico: 1 - 15 July.

They tried to upgrade us on arrival for approx $700 for the two rooms. Because we were tired I was not keen to go through the rigmarole of it all. I was quite glad really because although we were in the older part of the resort it was quieter, the rooms were adjoining and had inter-connecting doors so it was like a massive suite with the privacy that me and my daughter needed with the joined up family feel when we wanted it.

The resort and staff were second to none; it was clean and tidy and everything was plentiful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating and one member of staff even chased after me to say good bye when he realised I was dressed to go home!

We were there for 4th July celebrations! What a laugh. The Americans got merry very early and accepted us as honoraries for the day. The hotel laid on a fabulous day of celebrations, evening of eating and entertainment and we danced barefoot on the beach till the small hours.

You would not believe it, but we went all that way to bump into (on our 2nd day) a boy my son vaguely knew from the same football league.  Naturally they had a lot in common and we (parents) knew some of the same people.  We also met up with a lady and her two children from Ireland.  We had a great time - our own spaces in the day and good company in the evening.  We went out on a couple of trips together too and the 10 of us have some fab memories to stand us in good stead. We met some Italians too. 

It was my first 2 week holiday for a good few years - we normally take a couple of week breaks each year - I had never felt so chilled and relaxed and was certainly not looking forward to going home. And having a teenage son (just 16), the past few years on holiday have been a nightmare even 5*. Dreams was different he loved the Americans and all the sports on offer and we hardly ever saw him.  Our 11 year old daughter who at 5' 6'' looks more like a woman than a child was happy too and we felt more than comfortable with her going to and from the rooms or other parts of the resorts on her own or with her new friend.

I would certainly recommend Dreams for families, couples and even singles alike.  I would also highly recommend your services for a thoroughly professional all round package. And also thank you for saving us tidy sum of money.

We will definitely come back to you again! And would certainly return to Dreams.

Firstly and most importantly is a big thank you to you -  the Excellence Playa Mujeres was wonderful, we had a few strange looks from couples wondering why 2 middle aged females were in such a resort together but what a great place! WOW! thats all I can say and definitely will be thinking of going to one of these on our honeymoon which is planned for the future after we have built the garage, so probably in 2020!

Again, sorry for such a delay in responding but I really am grateful to you for recommending such a holiday - we had a ball!

We had a fantastic time in Mexico. The Excellence Playa Mujeres is amazing and more than we could have ever dreamed of!! When we arrived we were given cold flannels for our faces and champagne. They had made 2 white swans out of towels and displayed on our bed, with a rose and sprinkled rose petals. The food is lovely, there is a wide choice of food to choose from

We have friends who have stayed at the other Excellence hotel in Mexico, in June and they also thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We have looked at photographs and they are very similar. A holiday to recommend.

The hotel is luxurious, we were spoilt and probably the best holiday we will ever go on.

Thank you for helping us to arrange such a memorable and special honeymoon for us.

We had a fabulous time thank you very much for sorting it all out for us. You recommended well, I hope you enjoy your holiday at the Excellence Playa Mujeres there soon as much as we did.  We can highly recommend the French restaurant and all the others (by the way)!! The staff could not do enough for us and were very friendly and happy at all times.

We hope to go back to Mexico again soon, (with child this time though).  So if you can recommend a good twelve year old friendly one with similar set up please let us know as we may well be interested for next year.

Just returned from The Playa Mujeres Hotel Cancun & would like to say a big Thank You since booking the holiday, your service was exemplary, we had a great tme in the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

We are thinking of possibly going to The Maldives next year (Sept/Oct/Nov 09) flying from Manchester 14 nights All Inclusive no less than 4* so any possible feedback regarding this holiday would be appreciated as your company's rates were good for The Playa Mujeres.

thank you for organising a stress free holiday our transfers etc were excellent and on time we are more than happy with the service provided by yourself unlike our friends who booked with thomas cook and were sheperded onto a coach for a 2 hr ride we enjoyed our 1hr private taxi direct to our hotel.  the hotel was very nice and would have no hesitation in going back.

Well we are back after a fantastic holiday everything went to plan apart from the weather in Mauritius. Flights and transfers were all on time and very professional, excellent service given by both transfer firms.

Mauritius - Tamassa Hotel

The hotel is very beautiful and tranquil, with modern rooms and facilities. Staff were very helpful, friendly and gracious some of the nicest genuine people we have meet when travelling. We were upgraded to next level room on the highest floor available as requested all rooms have a view of the pool and sea which are beautiful.Food and drink was excellent I didn’t get bored of the food even though there was only 2 restaurants, they tried very hard to vary the food and dress the restaurant in a different style to keep the guest’s happy, what ever you wanted they would try and accommodate your request.  They offered ala carte evenings & lunches which were excellent  still within the all inclusive option). It would be very expensive if you opted for BB or HB.The only down side was the weather which was still warm however we had quite a lot of rain and most days were cloudy.

The south of the island is less developed so there was little to do out side of the hotel, it was a very relaxing romantic holiday, the sunsets were amazing from our favourite bar on the beach, we would go back however I think they get less rain in the north so I would probably try one of their sister hotels in the north.

Dubai - Mina a Salem

WOW this is a wonderful hotel we had a fantastic time, again the staff are amazing very helpful and professional. Our room was 307 on the third floor which had a fantastic view of the waterways, the beach and the Burj Al Arab hotel. I will forward you some photos. The Mina A Salem is an amazing hotel and I would recommend it to couples, The Jumeirah Beach hotel which is part of the same group looked very child friendly and more of a party atmosphere so may be better suited to families.They offer buggies to take you to the other hotels and you have free use of the boats to take you to the bars and restaurants and souk.

You have every thing at hand at this hotel and you really don’t have to leave. It is perfect for a short stay although I think we could have happily stayed a week. (should have booked 8 days Mauritius and 5 days Dubai).The weather was fantastic although a little hot at 42 degrees! Food and drinks are very expensive £7.00 for a beer and £8.20 for a very small glass of wine. We would love to go back to this hotel maybe in September!!!!

Thank you for all your hard working in packaging this holiday together for us at such short notice. We enjoyed the holiday as much as the Excellence but in very different ways on that note I have been receiving all of your emails reference Mexico deals.
