Greens Fees at Playa Paraiso offered as a part of Unlimited-Luxury® at Secrets Silversands

From now until December 23rd, 2011, guests at Secrets Silversands are able to enjoy up to one complimentary greens fees per person, per day as part of their Unlimited-Luxury® experience. The use of a golf cart is mandatory and there will be a charge of $49 per person. Guests will have access to the complimentary on-course food and beverage service provided by Playa Paraiso.

The Golf Course:

Playa Paraíso Golf Club, a championship golf course, just 20 minutes south of Cancun´s International Airport has hosted the Canadian Tour Riviera Maya Open, and is an 18-hole course designed by world renowned golf course architect P.B. Dye. Spanning over 6,800 yards, it is one of the most challenging layouts in the area with extreme vertical movement, distinctive rock work, deep bunkers, narrow fairways, undulating greens and beautiful views at every turn.

Additional amenities and services include a driving range, pro shop, club and shoe rental, restaurant and on course food and beverages..

Just 20 minutes south of Cancun´s International Airport, this world-class layout is conveniently located for guests staying at one of our six resorts within the Riviera Maya north of Playa del Cármen.

Guests must arrange their tee time in advance with the resort concierge and provide a credit card when doing so. If guests wish to cancel or reschedule their tee time, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $100 no-show penalty per person which will be charged to the credit card they have provided. The concierge will then issue guests a coupon, which will grant them access to the golf course. Tee times will be subject to availability.

From now thru April 3rd, 2011, tee times scheduled before 1:30 pm are surcharged at $40 per person, plus $49 for the cost of the cart.* From April 4th, 2011 thru December 23rd, 2011, tee times scheduled before 2:30 pm are surcharged at $40 per person, plus $49 for the cost of the cart.*

Golf at Playa Paraiso

From now until December 23, 2011, guests at Secrets Capri Riviera Cancun, Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun and Secrets Silversands Riviera Cancun will be able to enjoy one complimentary greens fees per person, per day at Playa Paraíso golf course. The use of a cart is mandatory and there will be an additional charge per person in a shared cart*

• Premium tee times scheduled before 1:30 p.m. from now through April 3rd, 2011 and before 2:30 pm from April 4th, 2011 to December 23rd, 2011 are surcharged at $40 per person, plus the cost of the cart*.
• Guests will have access to the complimentary on-course food and beverage service provided by Playa Paraíso.
• Guests must arrange their tee time in advance with the resort concierge and provide a credit card when doing so. • Men's Dress Code: Collared shirts and mid-thigh (non denim) length shorts.
• Women’s Dress Code: Appropriate golf attire, no bathing suits.
• Re-rounds to be confirmed at the golf course upon availability at the end of each of the scheduled rounds with a $40 usd charge per person*.
• Non golfing riders fee of $49 usd per person, subject to cart availability*.
• Shoe rentals are $20 usd per person*.
• Brand name Rental Equipment at $40 usd per person. Right and left handed steel and graphite equipment available for men & women*.
• Driving range charges are $7 usd per small bucket and $10 for large bucket of practice golf balls*.

Conditions are not applicable to Groups of more than 13 players with consecutive Tee Times. Groups will have a surcharge of $10 usd per person* and must be scheduled in advance through our Groups Departments. Conditions vary depending on the size and need of the group.
*Indicates charges and fees to be paid by the guest directly to the Golf Course.
