  Valentin Imperial Maya is the place where all-inclusive luxury means the freedom to enjoy it in your own way. All restaurants offer different diet food options, (vegetarian, low fat, etc.).
  No reservations are required You may occasionally experience a brief wait between 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm for the restaurant of your choice, however, their Restaurant Managers will be pleased to write down your name, inform you of the approximate wait time, hand you a beeper and invite you to enjoy a relaxing cocktail or beverage until a table is ready for you.
  Dress Code is required

  Restaurant Le Marché-Breakfast- omelet station, fresh eggs ,station of fresh juices and natural shakes and a vast selection of fresh fruit . Breakfast from 7:00 am until 11:00 am
  Lunch -a wide variety of selected salad bar items, fresh vegetables, dressings and cheeses, an international buffet and our “show cooking” stations with items prepared to your liking. Or if you prefer, one of their elaborate menu items, á la carte. Lunch from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm
  Restaurant Mar & Tierra-Mar & Tierra are two restaurants that offer different menu selections; Mar specializing in seafood and Tierra specializing in steaks.
  Enjoy lunch near the pool and ocean. With fresh salad bar and a wide variety of selected fresh vegetables, dressings and cheeses, “show cooking” stations with items prepared to your liking, or if you prefer, order one of the elaborate menu items á la carte. And do not forget our á la carte pizzas.
  Dinner- an inspired, detailed selection of fish and seafood with influences of New Orleans-Cajun, Mexican Veracruzian, Peruvian and Caribbean-style cuisine.
  Dinner- Enjoy excellent American Angus certified cuts, choice and prime quality, with American-Argentinean side dishes and dressings prepared on a grill in an open-air atmosphere.

  Il Olivo-Inspired by traditional dishes and new Italian-American cuisine; using authentic, prime-quality ingredients. Dinner from 6:00 pm until 10:30 pm

  L'Alsace- Classic traditional French cuisine. Dinner from 6:00 pm until 10:30 pm

  Ginger- offers a selection of á la carte items, Tepanyaki tables and a Sushi Bar; based on traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine with some Peruvian influences. Dinner from 6:00 pm until 10:30 pm

  La Hacienda-Mexican Restaurant based on traditional Mexican gastronomy with a contemporary touch from three of our country’s different states, Veracruz, Puebla and Yucatan. Dinner from 6:00 pm until 10:30 pm

  Lobster Pot-Enjoy the authentic taste of their Caribbean spiny lobster in a restaurant overlooking the sea. Dinner from 6:30 pm until 10:30 pm
  Please note that a surcharge will apply for all lobster dishes served at the Lobster Pot (lobster speciality restaurant), of approximately 230 Mexican Pesos per serving. This charge may be subject to change without notice.

  Romantic Beach Dinners -Valentin Imperial Maya offers you the option to have an unforgettable romantic dinner on the edge of the sea. This service requires a reservation and has additional charges. For more information regarding this service, please contact the concierge.

  Room Service-If you prefer privacy during your dinner, please consult the Room Service tab in this directory. They are always ready to serve you 24 hours a day. They intend to offer you the best and most efficient service, however, please remember that room service is restricted to the items appearing on the menu. They will gladly set up your dinner service on your terrace if you like.

  Sunrise & Sunset-Strategically located on the beach, this service offers a variety of refreshing beverages and tropical cocktails. Open daily from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm
  La Terraza -It is an ideal place to have a drink before dinner. Open from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am
  Don Miguel -Located in the central building of our hotel, next to the lobby, it is the ideal point of encounter for any occasion, from the departure point of any excursion to the perfect meeting place for the start of an enjoyable evening. Open from 9:00 am to 12:00 am
  Salon Partagás -“Salon Partagás” is the perfect place to enjoy an aromatic cigar. Frequently you will encounter a professional cigar master. You can also make a selection from a choice of fine tequilas and cognacs (extra charges may apply.) Open from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
  El Café -A comfortable place to enjoy a delicious coffee while reading your favorite book. Open from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am

  El Palenque -Located in our expansive and enthralling theater. Witness lights, camera, action, music and dance, movies, shows, even circus entertainment—all while you enjoy your favorite cocktail. Open from 9:00 pm until 11:00 pm (subject to activities program.)
