PROFILE

The Sirenis Tropical Suites is a hotel complex, situated on the east side of the Dominican Republic, on the Uvero Alto-Macao beach in the Higüey region, and set amongst one of the most beautiful coconut groves in the Caribbean, bordering a totally virgin beach extending some 400 metres.

ACCOMMODATION

The hotel has 389 simply furnished rooms, 364 of which are junior suites. All the junior suites have a lounge area with sofa bed plus the main bedroom with 2 full size beds, their own independent air conditioning system, ceiling fan, private bathroom with hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, mini bar, balcony/terrace and a safety deposit box (payable locally).

Spacious public areas, indoor and outdoor lounges, buffet restaurant, beach restaurant with panoramic sea views (buffet lunch and themed evening meals), Giardinetto gourmet restaurant (supplement payable), snack-bar and five bars. There are two magnificent swimming pools with beach-type access and two separate children’s pools. Nice sun terraces with parasols and sun beds, entertainment area, mini club (4-12 yrs), games area for children, El Bonche disco, conference room for 400 people, bar with games area (billiards, video games, TV’s) and Internet corner, mini-market and shops and medical centre. There is also a Casino.

DINING & BAR FACILITIES

The All inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Also at the disposal of the AI guests are seven more types of restaurants with magnificent panoramic sea views (reservation required, subject to availability); A la Carte theme dinners, Chinese, Italian pizzas & pastas, Steak house, Mexican, Vegetarian, Seafood. A variety of snacks is available 24 hours a day at the snack bar. All inclusive local & International alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, tea, coffee and water are served at five hotel bars (drinks at the disco are chargeable). In-room mini-bars are refilled every day with soft drinks.

SPORTS & LEISURE

The hotel is offering a wide range of facilities and activities such as: gym, 4 tennis courts; tennis lessons (supplement payable), archery; mini driving range; shooting. Water sports: catamaran; diving centre for deep-sea diving (PADI centre) and other motorised water sports and excursions available, payable at the hotel. Day and evening entertainment, dancing lessons and a wide variety of shows and themed evenings are also available.
