Set on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in all of Bavaro, Punta Cana, surrounded by thousands of palm trees. An integral part of heavenly surroundings and with an impressive ocean view spa, Barcelo Hotels, composed of the two hotels Barcelo Dominican beach and Ocean Cana Beach Club, offers 739 rooms all in all, comfortable spacious rooms and three swimming pools it constitutes one of the most attractive All-Inclusive resorts in the area.

ACCOMM ODATION

Choose from 738 well-appointed Punta Cana hotel rooms and suites with double beds or one king bed. They offer rooms with disability standards and 638 Standard rooms, 54 Caribbean Spa suites, 14 Junior Tropical suites, 13 Deluxe Tropical Suites and 12 Honeymoon Suites. Standard amenities include:
Bathroom amenities, Direct line telephone, Hairdryer, Mini bar, Safe, Satellite TV and Vanity Mirror.

The hotel offers a reception desk, massages, beauty parlour, sauna, boutique, gift shop, medical service, laundry, gym, parking, money exchange, car hire, and an internet centre. The Bucanero Grill – seafood terrace (lunch:12:00-15:00, dinner:19:00-21:00), scuba diving, deep sea fishing, sightseeing, banana boat, snorkelling excursions and horseback riding are available at a charge.

DINING & BAR FACILITIES

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (12:00-15:00) and dinner (18:30-22:00), all buffet style, served in either Palmasol or Coco restaurant. Continetal breakfast is between 06:00 & 07:00 at the Palmasol.
There are five more restaurants at the disposal of the All Inclusive guests; the pizzería Passaparola (24hrs),
the Mezzaluna Italian gourmet restaurant (A la Carte dinner from 19:00-21:00),
Pepito’s with Mexican specialties (A la Carte dinner from 19:00-21:00),
Spanish cuisine at El Meson (A la Carte dinner from 19:00-21:00)
Bahia Brazilian restaurant with Rodizzio style (buffet lunch: 12:00-15:00, A la Carte dinner: 19:00-21:00).
Snacks such as hamburgers, pizza, juices, soda, coffee (24 hours) and fruits (not 24 hours) are available at the Passaparola (pizzeria and 24 hours snack bar) and El Pueblito Bar.
During meals wine is offered.

Sport facilities at the hotel include stretching, aqua-gym, aerobics, basketball, volleyball, tennis, bow & arrow, dance lessons, Spanish lessons, beach games, tournaments, darts, table tennis, billiards, kayaking, petanque, archery, bicycle tours, snorkelling, scuba diving lessons in the pool, windsurfing, sailing (catamaran), three pools, two Jacuzzis and games room.
