The Occidental Allegro Playa Dorada are conveniently located, next to the Robert Trent Jones Golf course, approximately fifteen minutes from Gregorio Luperon international airport, ten minutes from the city of Puerto Plata and one hour from the second most important city, Santiago de los Caballeros.

DINING & BAR FACILITIES
Breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, are served in the La Palma restaurant. Additionally at the disposal of the All Inclusive guests are four further restaurants; the beach club Barbacoa, the grill restaurant Las Brasas, the Italian restaurant El Trovador/Pizzería and the Mexican restaurant El Patio.
Occidental Allegro Playa Dorada offers a variety of local snacks throughout the day Tea Time 17:30-18:00, snack bar 23:30-24:00.
Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, etc are served at the Hundido bar (10:00-17:00), the Bohio (10:00-18:00), the Playa bar (10:00-17:00 & 21:00-23:00) and bar Mar Azul (10:00-00:30). The Hotel also has a swim up pool bar that is open until the early hours.
