Do you price match

A.

We don’t price match, we try and beat the price you have.

But we don’t guarantee to do so as many companies “conveniently” increase their prices when you go to book or there are elements missing like meals, baggage and transfers.

Why would you want to waste time going back to a company that has quoted you a higher price in the first place if you have a better quote elsewhere? Ask yourself the question, why didn’t they quote me that price in the first place?

Where are your prices I can’t find them

A.

We have a wide range of suppliers we can use for your holiday arrangements and not all of the (even in this day and age) have systems that we can link to on a website to give you the best "live prices". So given we have this access, we do all the work for you and check out all the best deals and offers for you.

How can I pay for my holiday

A.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. There is no charge for using a personal debit card. For credit cards we charge 2%. Electronic bank transfers are free of charge as well but we can't accept them for deposits or where full payment is due at time of booking.
